MMic Purchase
Order Module
The MMic software contains a comprehensive purchase order module. MMic allows for the ordering of stock products, non stock products, and consignment items. The system also allows for creation of capital projects and monitors budgets and purchases for each individual project. Purchase orders can be sent via EDI, fax, exported to Microsoft Word or Excel, or just printed directly from the system. Completed purchase orders are automatically retained in an archive database and retrieving purchasing history is only limited by disk space. The purchase order browser allows viewing purchase order sorted by vendor, capital, type, year, and status.

MMic Receiving Module
MMic retains all receiving information by line item and purchase order. Partial receipts are maintained and used to report vendor performance, vendor purchases, open order reports, and returns. System wil immediately print a restocking report for stock items and a deliverables report for all non stock items.
