MMic Security
MMic contains extensive security features. The system cannot be accessed without a login name and password. All passwords are encrypted in the MMic SQL database to prevent unauthorized viewing. MMic contains a Security Administration program that allows the manager to create and maintain user roles. These roles can be customized to allow access to EVERY screen and report in the MMic system. The manager can assign users to specific roles to control what a user can create, read, update, and delete. MMic allows unlimited number of roles to be defined, each containing specific access rights to system features.
